History:
The Bicentennial National Trail (BNT) is one of the longest multi-use, non-motorised, self-reliant trails in the world, stretching 5,330 kilometres from Cooktown, Queensland, through New South Wales, the Australian Capital Territory, to Healesville – 60km north-east of Melbourne. This trail roughly runs the span of the Great Dividing Range through national parks, private property, and alongside wilderness areas.
The Trail provides access to some of the wildest, most inaccessible country in the world and provides endless fascination for those interested in Australia’s unique fauna and flora. The Trail follows old coach roads, stock routes, brumby tracks, waterways and fire trails.
This candle is designed to invoke the common fragrance of The Australian Bush that would be found all along the BNT.
